Hi I’m looking to get a set of discs and pads for my car, I’m gonna he taking it to a garage to do so I’m not sure what to ask the guy to get in for me? I don’t want proper cheapy ones but not rich enough for top end ones.. what would you recommend, I don’t take the car on the track but do have a good run to work with plenty of fast bends so the brakes do need to be half decent? many going for the PF-Z pads these days. excellent all round pad..sensible money. disks...mega cheap brembo blanks around, from various sources. more than enough for fast road.
no mate,the standard disks are cross drilled,and tend to crack..as well as being fearsomely expensive. Brembo blanks have no holes or grooves..just normal disks...but are absolutely fine for fast road,or trackdays. look in ebay,or even direct from brembo are not expensive.

book price £350..even RPD on sale £207. by all means buy these from europe..but you know they crack from the cross drilling out.
It's 100% legit, I purchased my discs from them last August. Postage was around £10 and it took about a week from clicking order to them arriving at my front door.

looks good..need a lambda sensor for my swift sport..denso item £130 from europarts. less than £40 from here!..oem part. my mate speaks german and uses the german EBAY. He got genuine renault disks, massively cheaper than the Uk to.
If you're getting anything from them just make sure that the part is correct for your car. Double check the part number and don't presume that since you entered your registration number that all the parts listed are the correct ones for your car, they won't be. Who knows, maybe Brembo don't make the oem discs, or maybe the only difference is that they come in a Brembo box, not a Renault branded box. KAM Racing sell the same ones for £125, compared to £225 that they sell the oem branded ones for.

I can help with your brakes parts @Meganehan , I run RTR Parts that was linked to above . If for road use, the Brembo HC discs, Brembo oe pads, new pins kits on the front , are a great quality cost effective replacement. If needing the rears doing Renault oe discs and Brembo oe pads. If wanting an upgrade the front Mintex M1144 pads are decent for the money. Fresh brake fluid always worth doing and often gets overlooked. Send me a PM if want any help/info
hi, Thanks for all ur replies I have taken it to my local French specialist, they fitting all genuine rear discs and pads as I didn’t trust myself ordering bits and they turning up wrong as I needed the work done ASAP, also found out it needs two new rear Calipers as well . Not a cheap job!!
